At Retro Barn we’re entering our 20th year of online patchwork quilt sales. (Where does the time go?!) The Wyatt Quilt

Wyatt is a personal favorite due to the lovely assortment of colors and bold patchy design. It works well in a rustic log cabin sort of setting, but also in a western or masculine type of room. We've even seen it used in a primitive country style room, with great success. The plaids used in this quilt are a medley of reds, greens, golds and browns. The random grid pattern gives a warm, casual vibe. And the feel of this quilt is so nice- very soft and snuggle friendly. The Farmhouse Star Quilt

For drama and intricate design the Farmhouse Star Quilt can't be beat. There's just something about the striking black and tan color scheme that catches the eye and makes an instant impression. Composed of a variety of black and tan fabrics, this design is best appreciated up close. It features various checks, stripes, and plaids which provide a lovely neutral color pattern. The fabrics are carefully chosen to compliment each other and work together so effortlessly to create a striking patchwork design. The patches are arranged in a classic Irish chain, with large 5 point stars within the centers. It's truly a work of country folk art that must be seen to be fully appreciated. The Tea Cabin Quilt

Tea Cabin is hands down, the most popular quilt we have ever sold. Period. End of story. This gorgeous quilt was around when we started selling quilts online 20 years ago! The pattern has seen a few minor revisions over the years, but the same classic log cabin block remains. It's beauty will simply never go out of style. This show stopper features a unique combination of carefully quilted 8-point star and log cabin blocks. Mossy green, warm golden khaki and vibrant red plaids make up this rustic patchwork, making it a perennial favorite around the holiday season. Accented with coordinating ruffled pillow shams and toss pillows, this design is welcome in the most refined of settings, but equally at home in a rustic log cabin. The Prescott Quilt

So how sweet is this one? Gotta love this beautiful patchwork made entirely from shades of brown. Arranged in a classic "Trip Around the World" pattern, this design is a real show pony. There's just something so soothing about this quilt. It seems to envelope you in warmth and gentle comfort. The fabrics are so soft and cozy, you can just imaging yourself snuggling up on the couch with a good book, a mug of hot tea, and one of these pretty brown quilts on your lap. The Prescott Collection does not have quite as many matching accessories and some of the other designs, but it does offer some lovely window treatments. The rich brown plaid used for the bedskirt in this photo is also used for the Prescott curtains, which are so perfect in the den or family room.
