- We offer a 30 day money-back return policy on most items, less original shipping charges.
- Returned merchandise must be in original condition and protective packaging for refund. Items which have been used, soiled or laundered are not eligible for refund.
- If you need to return a recent purchase, please fill out our Return Request Form or contact us via email to obtain a return authorization number and correct return address. Returns shipped without proper authorization may not be refunded.
- Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer (except in those cases where we were at fault).
- For returns valued under $200, we can provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label upon request. If you would like to receive a label, please indicate this on the Return Request Form. A return shipping fee of $12 will be deducted from the amount of your refund if you choose to use the pre-paid label. Alternatively, you may ship your return using any carrier of your choosing, but please remember to include the return authorization number with your return.

Exceptions to the policy - due to the custom nature of our Homespun Collection, and Solid Solutions Bedskirts we do not accept returns except in rare cases of damaged or defective merchandise, wrong item shipped, etc. We do offer free swatches of the fabric choices so you can verify colors before ordering. Problem with your order? If you have received a damaged or defective item, wrong item, etc please contact us immediately so that we can fix this for you. You can email us, or use our Return Request Form to request a replacement item, or a full refund of your purchase price and shipping charges.
