Our Return Policy
- We offer a 30 day money-back return policy, less original shipping charges. We do not charge a restocking fee.
- Returned merchandise must be in original condition and package for refund. Items which have been laundered are not eligible for refunds.
- One exception - due to the custom nature of our Homespun Collection, and Solid Solutions Bedskirts we do not accept returns except in rare cases of damaged or defective merchandise, wrong item shipped, etc. We do offer free swatches of the fabric choices so you can verify colors before ordering. Thank you for your understanding.
- To return a purchase, please fill out our Return Request Form online, or call us at 800-905-9163 for assistance.
- Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer (except in those cases where we were at fault). For your convenience, we can provide you with a FedEx Ground pre-paid return shipping label. If you would like to receive a label, please indicate this on the Return Request Form. You may also ship your return using USPS, UPS or any other carrier you prefer. (We do not provide labels for those carriers.) If you use the FedEx Ground label we provide, your return shipping charges will be deducted from the amount of your refund according to the schedule below:
Returned merchandise totaling under $200= $15 return shipping charge deducted from your refund
Returned merchandise totaling $200- $500= $25 return shipping charge deducted from your refund
Sorry, but we are not able to provide return shipping labels for returns valued over $500, or for orders outside of the US48.
- If you have received a damaged or defective item, wrong item, etc please contact us immediately so that we can fix this for you. You can call us at 800-905-9163, or use our Return Request Form at any time to request a replacement item, or a full refund of your purchase price and shipping charges.
