• Your order will ship via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or USPS. We will choose the carrier that can provide the quickest and most cost effective transport for your order. If you prefer one carrier over another please add a note to your order and we will ship using the carrier you prefer. "Add a note to your order" can be found on the shopping cart page. International orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail International.

• Most orders will ship out within 2 to 4 working days. Items which take longer to ship will be specifically noted in the product description. You can check the status of your order anytime by clicking "Check Order Status" under the Customer Service heading on our home page. • As a general rule, we do not offer expedited shipping. However, we are able to accommodate this request in some cases. If you have a need for expedited shipping, please contact us with the specific items you need and your delivery deadline. We will let you know if it is within the realm of possibility- we'll do it if we can. Of course, extra shipping charges will apply.
• We can ship your order to a PO box if you prefer this. Please know that this method may add a few extra days to your delivery time. Orders shipped to a PO box must ship via USPS.
• Please note that your order may ship in separate shipments.
• Orders under $500 will not require signature for delivery. If you would prefer that the delivery driver require a signature for delivery, please note this on the checkout page.
• Shipping charges are not refundable in the event of a return.
